In 2017, "Chinar-2016" Housing-Construction Cooperative:

- Construction works of a 2-block, 10-story residential building have been completed in the new boulevard area of ​​Sumgayit city

In 2000-2003, "EL-SEYM INSHAAT" CJSC built "Boeing-757" and "Silk" in 2006-2008, based on the order of Azerbaijan-Ireland-"AZAL" ATM Joint Enterprise of Azerbaijan Airlines State Concern at Bina Airport of Baku. Based on the order of "Way Technics" LLC, it completed the construction-installation works of large-span modern hangar complexes for "Golfstream" planes and put them into operation.

NARIMAN DISTRICT COURT

In 2017, with the financial support of the World Bank, on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, completed the construction of a new 6-story administrative building of the Narimanov District Court.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening ceremony of the facility.

CENTER FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

In 2014-2015, with the financial support of the World Bank, the State Real Estate Registry Service/Real Estate Registration Project under the State Committee for Real Estate Affairs completed the construction of a new 4-story administrative building of the Information Technology Center of the State Committee for Real Estate Affairs.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening ceremony of the facility.
